Quick Installation
Q-500 features a quick self-locking and cabinet magnet design that makes installation extremely easy. The fast self-locking clips can be closed at the touch of a button and can be firmly connected by pressing the locking button; the cabinet magnets are strongly adsorbed and can be automatically and accurately aligned. The two together, without complex tools, a single person can complete the installation, significantly improving construction efficiency and reducing labor costs.
Front & Rear Service
Q-500 adopts front and rear double maintenance design, support front and back quick maintenance, greatly reducing the difficulty of maintenance; independent power box design will separate the power supply system and display module, enhance the heat dissipation efficiency and safety, and support hot-swappable replacement, to ensure that the power supply failure fast maintenance, to protect the screen lasting and stable operation.
Climbing Function
Q-500 is designed with a reinforced steel structure and an integrated anti-slip tread bar on the back of the screen, which allows maintenance personnel to climb directly to any height for maintenance without the need for ladders or scaffolding.
Protect Corner & Anti-Knock Design
Q-500 adopts high-strength corner protection and buffer anti-collision design, which effectively absorbs external impact and avoids installation bumps, significantly reduces the risk of physical damage during transportation, installation and maintenance, and significantly extends the service life of the display.
Radian Lock Design
Q-500 adopts special arc lock design, which supports flexible splicing into convex or concave curved screen. The modules are connected by precision clips, and the arc angle can be freely adjusted to realize smooth curved surface display effect. This design not only maintains the integrity of the screen, but also adapts to a variety of curved installation requirements for the stage, exhibition halls and other places to provide a more immersive visual solution.
